I have a 2004 impala the drside blowses cold when the heaters onpassenger sides fine whats wrong

it could be the ducts them selves but most likely its that the vent doors arent switching properly which on a 2004 is controlled by an electric switch so that may not be functioning properly or not at all, thats where i would start.

I had the same problem with mine, I replaced the blend door actuator and its worked fine since.

find the blend door actuator and tap it with a hammer. this will fix the stuck solenoid motor. you have two of them in your car. tap the one that corresponds with the one that is not working correctly.

Thanks a million guys. I had the same issue with mine. No heat coming out from the drivers side.AC worked just fine. I just tapped it with a screwdriver and it has worked out. I probably saved some $$$. Most likely I would be charged $300 for it at the stealership. One more time thanks a million.
