I don't know what sort of help you are looking for, either have someone who speaks English natively rewrite your question so we can understand it or hire someone to make electrical repairs to your wire harness.

The car won't start unless I put a wire inside of the fuel box other than that it won't start if I take the wire off one side of the connected part it will automatically go off the battery is brand new and I don't know what is the problem

Also the hazard lights work and all of the front lights work but when I put on the turn signal it makes a buzzing noise on each side the wipers work that are connected to the turn signal cable is it just the the fuse may be bad

if your fuse burnt out, u have a short somewhere. the jumper u put is a temporary fix. better find the short or isolate the circuit it is at. bad wiper wiring/stalk? something caused the fuse to burn.

So you're jumpering across a fuse holder??? GREAT way to burn out part of the wire harness or cause a fire. If a fuse is constantly blowing then you have a short somewhere, trace out whatever circuit is affected, look for shorts to ground. Two things you should never do - install a higher rated fuse in a slot than the slot is rated for, and jumper any fuse holder with wire. Post what fuse # you have to do this for, we'll offer some repair suggestions.
