Shaking while breaking at higher speed

I have a 04 Malibu LS , it shakes
while breaking at higher speed .
And yes I did check my pads , rotors
, claim control changed them all to
brand new and give some time to
see if it gets better but nothing has
been changed , it's coming from
driver front side   Specially when
going down hill. Could it be lower
arm control , tie anything else ??
