Start a 20007 Honda Accord that has been sitting for 3 years

Before I try to start my 2007 Honda Accord, do I need to check anything first. I
know the Battery is dead after not starting it for 2 years. Otherwise a great car,

I would say you want to drain the fuel tank and lines, change the oil and install a new battery at a min. Search online for starting a car sitting for over a year and you will find more detailed information.
