WHY WILL THE PASSENGER DOOR OPEN FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT NOT THE INSIDE

It has likely plastic clips holding the lever to the locking mechanism that has broken, cheap part.

THE DOOR OPENS FINE FROM THE OUTSIDE, BUT WHEN I TRY TO OPEN IT FROM THE INSIDE, THE HANDLE MOVES BUT THE DOOR WON'T OPEN ?

Connecting parts have came undone, the door panel needs to come off so you can see inside and which parts are broke or off and replace.
