Oil pressure

I have a 2004 suburban.   My oil pressure is at 80
when I turn it on and stays there whether it warm
or cold out.  Seems to be running good.  Should I
be concerned and not drive it or just get a new oil
gauge?

    My gauge is reading low oil pressure with a full tank of oil. It only drops when idling or coasting. It has 181k miles on it.
