brake problem
I have a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 with 207,000 miles. As I started to put it in reverse to back out of a parking lot, a popping sound was heard and now the brake pedal has to be pressed nearly all the way to the floor to stop. There is also a greasy type of liquid around the back side of the tire. The fluid is not on the tire, but the casing or whatever it may be called, where the tire is "housed" when you put the tire on. It appears that something busted, I'm guessing the brake fluid hose, and splattered on this housing where the tire is. Can you identify this problem for me?
