Wanted to know if body parts off a 1994 mercedes
c280 will fit in a 1996 c280 "fender, bumper cover,
lights"

Yes. The mounting points remained the same throughout the 202 chassis lifetime, face lifts were purely cosmetic until the c class was completely overhauled and became the 203 chassis with the joined dual headlights.
