what is making my mercedes overheat its a c 280

i recently bought a 1995 c280 mercedes it has one minor prob it over heats guy i bought form says blown head i dont think it is can anyone help confirm this

A blown head gasket would be a huge problem, and if that is the case, you should'nt have bought that car. ....But there are other causes that would make the car overheat. The first thing you should do is check the coolant (antifreeze) level.

thts wht i was thinking too because i always thought car would be loud with a blown head gasket

it happend to me and it ended up being the water pump
