Starting problem

i replace a filter and gasket on the gearbox of my C 280 1997 car and gearbox
and engine oil. when i was finished with it the car switched on and refuse to
start. What could be the problem.

OK need fast answer on what to do on 94 Chevy Silverado still stalling after replaced fuel filter and pump...????
