Is the frame on a 2002 Chevy trailblazer the same on a
2004 Chevy trailblazer

Yes, same frame. 2002 to 2009 were the same generation of Trailblazer in the United States. There are two versions of this vehicle though. Short frame and extended also known as the EXT with 3rd row seating. You can easily tell at a glance by looking at the rear door. If the rear door extends over the rear wheel well, it's the standard, short version.

Why is my 2004 trailblazer making a short but very loud vibrating noise from the lower rear end when hit some bumps or drive on a stretch of rough? Evevthing looks tight.
