04 Chevy Trailblazer will not engage in gear

Asked by Terry Jul 18, 2019 at 10:02 AM about the 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer LT RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just put a brand new transmission in 2 days ago
and will not engage gear says on the dash it's
engaging gear I checked the wiring harnesses the
shift cable it went into gear when I first started it I
turned it off and it won't go back into gear but it
says it's going into gear on the dash plenty of
tranny fluid can anybody help me figure it out
