My Car wont start after replacing spark plugs what do I do?

I replaced the spark plugs on my 2004 Chevy trailblazer and
now it wont start it wants to turn over but wont and when I
does i hear knocking any ideas on what it could be?

Recheck your work. Make sure the coils are proper installed and the electrical plugs are connected. Maybe you bumped or knocked something else loose or forgot to plug back in?
