won't go above 45 miles an hour after the rear drivers side impact which broke
the aluminum rim still drives straight doesnt pull.

There may be more damage than expected. The wheel speed sensor may be picking up or not picking up the correct spin rate due to damage possibly to the hub bearing. You should at least get a new or used rim since this is unsafe. Good Luck!
