What you are describing indicates you have an internal problem (likely wear) with the transmission. Sounds like the clutches are worn and when the fluid warms up, the clutches start slipping. Either that or the pump is bad. You can take it to a transmission shop and have it evaluated. They will usually drive it and check it out for free. Since it still drives, you can get two (or more) different estimates.
