Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was having major wiring issues with my

the wireharness, air Intake sensor, mass
airflow sensor, spark plugs, spark plug
wires, coils,  oil change, air filter, oil filter,
fuel pump, fuel filter, battery, fuel pump

pipe.... other than that what should I
prepare myself for incase it doesn't pass

Sounds like you have it covered. I'd check the EGR valve to make sure the vacuum line is in good shape. My Dodge barely failed a roadside check of the 2500 RPM NOX because the 23 year old micro vacuum line to my EGR rotted. You can also check the general efficiency of the cat with an infrared thermometer. Lot of info on the web on how. Good luck.
