The CD Changer (and the connector for it) is located on the left hand side of the trunk. If you have a changer installed, you will see it peeking up from the cubby-hole on the left hand side. If you do not have a changer installed and want to install one, the connector for the changer is hidden behind the paneling on the left hand side of the trunk. There are no clips holding the paneling in place, you can remove it by bending/flexing it carefully to remove it. You will see your radio antenna motor, radio amplifier and a lot of wires. The connector is black in color (at least I remember it as black...I put my changer in almost 5 years ago on my '96 S420). I hope this helps!
