How do I add power steering fluid?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I hear a whining noise from the steering when I first start the car in the morning and anytime it's been sitting for a while.  I think I just need to add power steering fluid.  How do I do this?

There should be a reservoir marked with a picture of a steering wheel, or power steering fluid, etc., located on the side of the engine where the drive belts are, or perhaps on one of the fender wells inside. Are you sure this isn't a belt chirp? Often times a stretched or dried power steering belt will cause this same problem.
