4 wheel drive won't work

4 wheel drive switch doesn't have any lights on and I have power tothe front
actuator but ground isnt coming threw the actuator plug

The selector lights must work or the module won’t activate, I think your on the right track with a ground issue. Dash grounds are at either end of the dash frame and there are a few right in the middle but those are normally for heater system. I have had a fair number of rig that have had wiring issues in the harness right where it comes out of the body of the truck by the transfer case. If you still have trouble is suggest getting a wiring diagram of the system from your local library. Good luck.
