High oil pressure

Just changed the oil and filter on my 2003 Chevy
Avalanche now the oil pressure is high 80 what
could be the problem should I change the oil filter
again ?

It reads 80 with just the ignition on and engine not running. With the engine running it reads 80 PSI. 2005 GMC 1500 Sierra 5.7 V-8 Vortec
