Will a radio from a 2004-06 S class work in a 2003?

The simple answer to your question is yes. The navigation/radio system for the 2000-2002 model is the same and in 2003 the navigation/radio system changed and remained the same until it was changed again in 2007 when the new body style also changed. That being said the 2003-2006 navigation/radio system is the same head unit for that year range. I own my own custom shop in Charlotte NC. and we work on these cars all the time. I actually own a S600 myself. I hope that this will help you
