Engine dies while driving
'03 Blazer suddenly quits running while driving. Usually occurs while slowing down. If I place it in park or neutral it will restart a go for a short while. After several times it will start and immediately shut down. Occasionally I feel a shutter prior to stopping, as if it is a fuel problem but usually it simply stops. Mechanic could not find anything wrong initially. Eventually changed the distributor cap and rotor which seemed to fix it temporarily but the problem has reoccurred. Recently had it tuned up and changed the fuel filter. Any suggestions for what else it may be? Thanks!
