What is the least expensive way to convert a MB SLK 320 kilometer gauge to MPH gauge

The least expensive way is to find a used gauge at the junk yard or eBay. Remove the clear plastic cover. Remove the needles. Remove the gauge face. Do the same with your instrument cluster and put the gauge face on it. (Remember/mark where the needles are before removal) --- Try to find a bad cluster since all you need is the face. Change all the bulbs when you have it out. -- Ebay cluster: http://www.ebay.com/itm/MERCEDES-R170-SLK320-INSTRUMENT- CLUSTER109K-A1705403911-/190821579351? pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2c6dda3a57&vx p=mtr
The gauge face on Canadian cars has a MPH scale on the inside. Our U.S. cars have the Km/H scale on the inside. I just was visiting our neighbor to the north three days ago.
Thank you all for the input. I can live with "tenspeed's" response. Just need to focus on the inside of scale. Perhaps I will buy this car. Excellent price. Low miles. Need to wear better glasses. Enjoy your weekend, guys.
