Bad HVAC Blend Door Actuator, or a problem with the door itself.
Great answer, I had a bad one in my truck and it would only allow air to flow in one place, changed the actuator which I could hear it, works great now.
I had a ticking sound like an old clock right down the steering column sounds travel strange, as it up and to the right of the gas pedal...
