2002 f250 super duty

over drive light and esof quit working. replaced switch, 4x4 module, actuator
on transfer case all fuses are good and relays. Any one had this problem if
so what do i need to do to repair?

O/D is the top gear in the transmission and it has nothing to do with the transfer case. I suggest you take it to a good transmission shop for evaluation.
