I'm about to purchase a truck from Kerrtex
Auto in Kerrville TX. The dealership has a
hot truck there I want. Because of the truck
quick sale/turn around, the dealership will
not take a deposit and wait for me to fly in
to finalize the sale on Saturday. So they
want me to wire the full amount to secure
the sale. What kind of insurances can I get
under those conditions?

There is no way you should give them anything more than a deposit. I would only give a deposit with a credit card. Definitely not legit.

Check this company out. I found them on Google maps and it is a tiny little lot with a shack, no visible sign and maybe a dozen cars or so in an industrial area of town.
