i have a 2003 chevy blazer 4x4 LS with the 4.3liter V6 vortec.

about a week ago my truck was acting funny. I drove over to a friends house an I checked my radiator an thought that was it, low on antifrezze. so I put some in. well 4 gallons later I said were nis it goen??? no leaks, checked the oil stick an it was plume full of water. I thought rite off the bat I blew a head gasket. so I bought a gasket kit an rebuilt the topend. took pics of every thing, like sparkplug wires an distributor bug so I didn't throw it out of time. put new gaskets on, new spark plugs in it. wires an cap an bug were all ready new. put it all  back to gether, an hit the key wouldn,t start. pulled a plug checked for spark an ant getting nuthen. what is maken me not have any spark????????

make sure all the grounds are hooked up correctly, vortec's are very temperamental when it comes to that. pull the cap off and check for rotation of the rotor bug. if it rotates you either don't have power at the coil or the coil is bad.
