Looking to buy a 2002 Ford F250 Crew Cab 4x4 (with 7.3L Diesel) that is a 1 owner w/ 34,000 orig. miles; priced little over $33,000. Any thoughts on if too high priced or if diesels not driven much over 15 years can have problems.

7.3L diesels are highly sought after. One with 34k miles is just about unheard of. There will be competition for this one.

I thought so too. I was having a casual conversation about towing a boat with a guy I was doing business with and asked him what he thought of the Dodge Ram with the Hemi (and gas versus diesel) and he asked me if I was looking for a truck. He told me about his F250 (sits covered in his garage) and that he was thinking of selling it. I went to see it today and it was exactly what he said it was. Definitely a nice truck - has 4 inch lift as well.

The 7.3 diesel was probably the best pickup diesel ever made. This one sounds pretty pricey and the mileage is really hard to believe. Grab the VIN number and run a Car Fax report on it. Also go to your local Ford service department and ask them to run an Oasis report on it, VIN number required. These reports may yield additional information on the truck.
