I have a 2002 F250. The horn keeps blowing a fuse. When I put the new one in the horn seems like its stuck on and very quickly blows the fuse. Is it the relay switch?

Your horn may have an internal short causing it to draw too much power. Just leaving it on would not blow the fuse.
