Door pins and bushings are worn out so the door "sags" and is actually sitting on the striker pin as well as the frame making the door harder to open. Replace the pins and bushings the the problem will go away. It is a common problem being the doors are quite heavy and all the weight on two 5/15 diameter pins. added to that the fact when you get in and out you lean on the door putting more weight and stress on the pins. Driver's door will wear 2 to 3 times faster than passenger door

Thank you for your help I was thinking it was just the pins and bushing but the way my door jam looked i wasn't sure if i had to rip them off or if I could replace them.
