4x4 not working on ford f-250 2001 super duty there is no 4x4 light, what can the problem be?

I have no 4x4 light on the dash when I turn the nob and I have tested for power
to the shift motor and I have no power to it. 4x4 has not been working for over a
year.

My backup light is not working, I has already change the backup light switch on the transmission but still not working. I test it the wiring that plug on the Switch and there are power light up. And now second problem appear, my 4x4 light is not on. but the 4x4 is working ok. Please help me out friend. Thank you.
