how can i fix 2000 f250 SD V10 fuse power loss?

I have no power to the fuse of my instrument panel so my running lights and
instrument panel are not work. I just put in a new battery and now this. How can
i fix it.

Too old to have a BCM problem, start by looking at the fuses in both fuse boxes, from there check the switch and module.
