2003 chevy impala Rad fans run on high when key is on replaced relays ,temp sensor and thermostat

Fans run for radiator  on hi when key is on  Replaced  temp sensor  thermostat  and
relays . temp gauge  not working . TWO codes P1115  PO118 and PO 125  What could
be wrong?

these can be tough ones, but definitely check the coolant level, the wiring to the ETC, and the connections to the ETC
