What fuse controls the windshield wipers on an 03 impala? Does that fuse power any other else in my car?

I's a circuit breaker, so that if, say, the wipers get stuck on snow and can't move, or the fluid is froze in the tubes or nozzles the pump keeps trying until the breaker trips and when it cools the wipers ans washers will work again. There are two fuse boxes, one on each end, side of dash, this image is drivers side.

If you look at the end of the dash on the drivers side there's a cover for the fuse box. Pop the cover off and there should be a diagram on the back side of the cover. The windshield wiper should be a 25 amp fuse at the top closest to the windshield. There should be a little plastic tweezer looking tool to use to pop it out. The fuse isn't what is keeping them on tho but you can take it out to turn them off until you can get the problem fixed.
