No electrical power to fuse blocks

I just installed brand new Motorcraft replacement
battery cables and brand new batteries now I have
no power to the fuse box no power to the interior
nothing please help, I’m hoping there’s some type
of reset switch or something I did clean the engine
with a hose and some degreaser

There's no reset. Check battery voltage, it should be minimum 12.4. Check the battery cables for corrosion and make sure they're tight, specially the ground wire. If eveything che ks out good, check the connection under fuse box on main fuse, it might be corroded or loose.
