03 chevy impala front and rear parking light fuses getting no power

Note the diagram. The park lamp fuses gets voltage from park lamp relay. You can pull relay, use jumper wire between cavities on switch side of relay, the switch side of relay, right side in diagram, the line with arrowhead. If park lamps work with jumper but not otherwise, have to check control side of relay, left side in diagram. The control side needs voltage and ground both, the bcm grounds it. The top wire on that side is voltage, bottom wire is ground. The headlamp switch grounds that circuit from bcm, so the bcm knows to ground park lamp relay. The problem could almost anywhere in that circuitry. good luck
