2003 chevy impala fuel pump wont turn off

i have a 2003 chevy impala and the fuel pump won't turn off at all unless you pull the relay

Well, pulling the fuse should kill it. Have you tried a different relay? There may be another relay in fuse box that is the same, if so, switch out the relays. If the problem follows the relay, the relay is the problem. In the diagram, see the control side of relay, right side, that green wire with white tracer should not have voltage with everything off. If it does have to do further testing. That voltage comes from pcm, I'm not saying pcm is faulty, at the moment. If voltage on that wire with key off, the circuit could be shorted to voltage, somewhere. Could be other issues? Just my opinion. Any applicable trouble codes?
