I heard a pop while driving and lost all forward
gears it tries to move but won't it moves is reverse
ford f 250 SD. 2000 auto transmission v10 4x4

If something broke internally you will have to disassemble it to find the problem. You could drop the pan but the trans still will have to be removed to repair it.

I was wandering if anyone experienceced this or does anyone know what could have broken internally
