03 Malibu 3.1 stalls

2003 Chevy Malibu 3.1 stalls within 10 15 seconds
of turning on the air conditioning. I have already
cleaned the throttle body both inside and outside.
It has a brand new throttle position sensor, a brand
new idle air control valve. I've already clean the
MAF sensor. It also doesn't seem that be idling like
it used to. Generally it would idle around 900 RPM
and when I would turn on the air-conditioning the
idle would go up to about 1100 RPM it is now idling
somewhere around 700 RPM and idle does not
increase when I turn the air conditioning on.

It will also stall out without the air conditioning turned on but not as often. It has a new idle air control and a new throttle position sensor. The MAF sensor is perfectly clean and I completely cleaned the throttle body inside and out. It concerns me that it's idling lower than it normally used to.

I have done a couple searches online and I can't find any part called an idle speed adjuster.

actually I've been wrenching for over 30 years. Most of my experience was with older cars with carburetors and distributors and I rebuild motorcycles. I'm not sure which question you're referring to as the leading you to believe that I'm not comfortable. If you're talking about the idle adjustment all I said was I did a search online and cannot find anything by that name. Maybe it goes by another name, but even the auto parts stores don't know what the hell it is by that name.
