Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Won't start easily - changed fuel filter and fuel regulator. Car acts like an
electric fuel pump. Takes 2 to 3 cranks to get fuel to engine.

Also there are procedures when checking fuel pressure to determine what would be the cause of an issue. Hard starting is a symptom of a fuel issue.
