Do I have to drain the anti-freeze or oil out to replace the Block Heater on F-350 7.3L Deisel ?
F-350, 7.3 Deisel Block Heater located directly above the oil filter. The power cord to it is good but the block heater is fried. Do I have to drain the oil or the anti-freeze coolant. If I take the screw-in heater out is anti-freeze going to go everywhere or is the heater in a dry sleeve. Just trying to save a few bucks to do this myself.
