how to: 1995 Ford F-350 Speaker replacement

I Don't know how to get to the speakers.
Just want to know how to replace the front door speakers in my 1995 Ford F-350 Crew Cab XLT Centurion Conversion. I have no idea where or how to start and can't find anything on that year model on a web search. The model changed in 1996 I believe.
Speakers are standard factory I believe in their factory positions.
The rear speakers are easy. A few screws and pop the cover off.

If its the same as a 96, which i think it is (97 was the changed year IIRC). Remove the screws holding on the door panel. All around the bottom, one by the hinge, and one at the bottom of the handle recess thing. Then after all the screws are out, rotate the door panel to slide the handle out, and your speaker will be right there.
