03 suburban reverse lights will not work

They are not in the same circuit. You have 2 different problems. Dome lights have a dome override button below and to the left of the headlight switch. See if that's pressed in. The reverse lights could be as simple as the bulbs are burned out. See if they are, if not test the bulb sockets and see if you have power to them while the gear selector is in reverse. Check fuses first.

Guess again-they are on the same fuse (TBC-2B (15A)) in the fuse box on the side of the dash by the driver's side front door. Just fixed mine on an 05 Suburban
mine too- same fuse (TBC-2B (15A)) in the fuse box on the side of the dash by the driver's side front door. Just fixed mine on an 06 Suburban
2001 Suburban reverse lights not working

I looked through my owners manual on my 06 Chevy suburban and never would have thought to check TBC-2B 15amp fuse, I would be lost. Thank you fellow GM owners and car gurus page for this info.
