How much difference will a Diablo Predator Tuner make in my 99 Cobra?

I have a Cobra R hood I'm selling, and someone wants to trade me for a Diablo Predator Tuner.  My car is stock with the exception of a cheap cold air intake mod.  What kind of preformance increase should I expect?  I don't know anything about tuners.  Will it hurt my car?

if installed or programed right,it wont hurt your car,just make sure it is for a mustang.myself,I would keep the Cobra R hood,their wasent that many Cobra R,s made.any part you get from one is worth $$$.
