99 mustang svt cobra m5. What's the m5 stand for. I'm liking to buy it 7500 mint shape. Total ground affects it's that stock?

The only thing I can think of is the the seller means 5 speed manual instead of M5. The only special version of this car was Cobra R shown below in red which had a huge wing on the trunk.

It looks kinda like a clone or highly modified cobra, I would check the vin# and door jamb for the SVT sticker.
