Multiple trouble codes 2006 Ford fusion

I have a 2006 Ford Fusion se v6 that is popping up
multiple codes out of no where car was running perfectly
fine and one day just starting running crappy and now has
all kinds of different codes. 9 to be exact all different
things.. could they all be linked to one thing? The codes
are, p0701 p0171 p0300 p0403 p0601 p0003 c0300
c3101 c0700 .

yes a dealership kinda thing, but to do the re-flash should not be more than .05 hrs.

I have a 2006 Ford fusion sel just change the ect it was running fine until I Turn on the air conditioning and the car turned itself off
