Why does the fuse keep blowing

I have a 2006 Ford Fusion and the 15a fuse that controls the windows,
sunroof, map lights, and puddle lights keeps blowing. I replaced the fuse 9
times and it just blows instantly...why?

A dead short. Possibly a pinched wire at the door jamb.
