I have a 2005 F250 that has a high pitched whine that is speed related but I am unable to determin where it is coming from

What kind of tires do you have? Sometimes snow tires will sound like a high pitched whine at higher speeds on dry pavement

I dont think its tires because I just replaced them . It was there before and is still there now. Thanks for responding though.

first check if noise while truck is standing still rule out driveline,now engine and trans,[torque conv.] [alt static thrue radio]alt brushes]fan blade whistle] while driving add in ring gear whine

I had a wine on my 03 it was carrier bearing on drive shaft
