No start what else would keep my fuel pump from getting power

I replaced fuel pump and FPDM. Fuel pump still not
engaging but there's a click followed by a small
winding sound from under hood. Any idea what
else would be keeping my trucks fuel pump from
delivering fuel. Some where it's not getting power I
guess..idk
