Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1999 Ford F-150 Lightning.  I put new brakes and rotors on the rear and I'm hear this noise like when you were little and put a playing card in your spokes on your bike.  I've pulled them apart and put new pads on and it still makes that noise.  today I was driving and my ABS light came on.  I stop and turn it off and when I started it back up the light was off.
Can someone explain the noise and where it is coming from?
Thanks, Jerry

Have you checked the ABS rings on the inside of the wheels to see if there's anything stuck there that would make that noise.
